PM & EN provides full project management and engineering supervision for the design and construction of a new 12-metre wide, dual-lane asphalt road linking Jalu to Al-Kufra via Abu Zureiq, commissioned by the National Development Agency (NDA) and executed by Modifalt. This corridor is one of the most strategically significant surface infrastructure investments currently underway in Libya, connecting the remote southeastern region to the national road network. Engineering and mobilisation activities commenced in March 2026, with full site construction starting June 2026.
